Information on the processing of personal data ex art. 13-14 EU Reg. 2016/679

Let’s go Srls, in its capacity of Data Controller of your personal data, pursuant to and for the purposes of EU Regulation 2016/679 hereinafter ‘GDPR’, hereby informs you that the aforementioned legislation provides for the protection of the data subjects with respect to the processing of personal data and that such processing will be based on the principles of fairness, lawfulness, transparency and protection of your confidentiality and your rights. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with the legal provisions of the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations provided therein.

Purposes of processing

Your data will be processed for the following purposes related to the implementation of legal or contractual obligations:

Your data will be communicated only to competent and duly appointed persons for the performance of the services necessary for the proper management of the relationship, with guaranteed protection of the rights of the data subject. Your data will only be processed by personnel expressly authorised by the Data Controller and, in particular, by the following categories of employees

Dissemination

Retention Period

We would like to inform you that, in compliance with the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation and data minimisation, pursuant to Article 5 of the GDPR, the retention period of your personal data is:

  • established for a period of time not exceeding the fulfilment of the services provided

You have the right to obtain from the owner the cancellation (right to be forgotten), the limitation, the updating, the rectification, the portability, the opposition to the processing of your personal data, as well as in general you can exercise all the rights provided for by articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 22 of the GDPR.

  1. The data subject shall have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him/her exist, even if not yet recorded, and communication of such data in intelligible form.

  • of the entities or categories of entity to whom or which the personal data may be communicated or who or which may get to know said data in their capacity as designated representative(s) in the State’s territory, data processor(s) or person(s) in charge of the processing
  1. The data subject has the right to obtain:
  • the updating, rectification or, where interested therein, the integration of data;
  • the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed unlawfully, including data whose retention is unnecessary for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;
  • certification to the effect that the operations as per letters a) and b) have been notified, as also related to their contents, to the entities to whom or which the data were communicated or disseminated, unless this requirement proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right that is to be protected;
  • the portability of the data.
  1. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:
  • on legitimate grounds, to the processing of personal data concerning him/her, even though they are relevant to the purpose of the collection
  • to the processing of personal data concerning him/her for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communication.
