Transcreation

The term transcreation is the combination of two terms: translation and creation. This means that it is a more complex process than just translation.
Also known as creative translation, transcreation is the localised rewriting of marketing and communication texts, such as brochures, promotional texts and websites.
The aim is to convey the same emotional impact in the target language as the original text, while reflecting the company’s identity and tone of voice and respecting cultural factors.
